Freshman Run

Calling all our NEW Eagles!! Prior to the start of the game, the Freshman Eagles will have the opportunity to lead the football team as they run out on the field to the University’s Fight Song! Be sure to check in with your Eagle ID!

Family Weekend

All Morehead State University Families are invited to come have some Family Fun at Jayne Stadium! Prior to the game, families are invited to come tailgate with the Eagles! There will be family friendly activities, food, and a KID ZONE featuring face painting, a bounce house, and more!  The Cheer, Dance, and Band Eagles will perform and lead the fun into the Stadium for our Eagles Football game against Kentucky Christian! Youth Football Day

Members of Youth Football Rec Teams are invited to attend the MSU Football game and wear their team jersey for FREE entry! Come early for our KID ZONE Tailgate with the opportunity for a MEET & GREET with the Eagle Football Athletes! At 12:15, Morehead State Band, Cheer, and Dance will be performing in the tailgate zone for an Eagle Pep-Rally! Our Youth Athletes will be invited to join the football team at 12:45 to lead them out onto the field just before game time! Kick-off will be at 1:00 PM, and there will be several opportunities during the game for the Youth Athletes to take part in including our new EndZone Eagle Dash and halftime punt competition!

Dance Clinic

Join Dance Coach, Shanna Coleman and the MSU Dance Team for a special opportunity to learn and dance with the team. The Dance Clinic Team will perform on the field during the first quarter. Check back for registration link HERE!

Military Appreciation / Local Heroes Day

Morehead State Athletics would like to show our appreciation to all our local heroes in the Community & Eagle Family! All Military and Medical Personnel and all First Responders will receive complimentary admission to the game by requesting tickets HERE! During the tailgate, police and fire trucks will be on display as an opportunity for children to see and learn!

Grill Master Competition

Get ready to grill, chill, and compete in the Tailgate Grill Master Competition 2025! Student organizations are invited to bring their best grilled dish — anything goes, from burgers to plant-based bites — and battle it out for fan votes and bragging rights.

Fans can join the fun for just $5, which includes tastings and a vote for their favorite team. The organization with the most votes will win a cash contribution and the title of Tailgate Grill Masters 2025.

Spots are limited, so register your organization by October 25th HERE! Bring the heat, bring the flavor — and may the best team win!
