MEDIA SERVICES & POLICIES
Interviews - All interviews with MSU coaches, student-athletes and staff members must be arranged through Athletic Media Relations. After games, matches and other athletic events, locker rooms are generally off limits to members of the media. Player and coach interviews may be conducted on the playing surface or in a designated area after a minimal, 10-minute cooling off period for participants. On non-game days interviews can be arranged around class and practice schedules.

Practices - Attendance at practices must be arranged through the Athletic Media Relations.

Game Day Coverage and Press Passes - Any media member covering a game, match or other contest hosted by Morehead State University is asked to reserve a press credential at least 24 hours prior to the event. For most sports, the Athletic Media Relations will provide statistical information and/or play-by-play as soon as possible following the completion of the contest.

Parking -  Media parking is located in the large lot East of the Academic-Athletic Center. Names of media members attending either a football or basketball event will be on a list with an attendant.

Press Conferences - In the event of a press conference, the primary media covering Eagle athletics will be notified as far in advance as possible. To be added to the primary media list, contact the Athletic Media Relations staff.

Press Facilities - Jayne Stadium, Johnson Arena, Wetherby Gymnasium and Allen Field have specific press accomidations. Seating priority will be given in primary media outlets.

Media Hospitality - For basketball a media hospitality area is located in the Athletic Media Relations office. At halftime and after the game, NCAA statistics will be distributed on press row and in the hospitality area. Phones and fax services are available. Media hospitality for football will be located in the Jayne Stadium press box.

Technology - At most Morehead State University athletic events, a general phone and internet connection will be made available to members of the working media. When those amenities are unavailable, an appropriate working space will be made available before, during and after events. Please contact the Office of Athletic Media Relations for more information.

Radio - Any visiting radio broadcasts must reserve their seating and phone lines at least two weeks in advance of the covered event. The visitor's radio station is provided space on press row at the Johnson Arena. A standard business line with a modular plug is provided along with a backup line for emergencies.

Photographers - Photographers are asked in the respective end zones for basketball. For all other sports, standard shooting spots may be utilized. The standard media policies apply to photographers as well.
