TOURNAMENT BRACKET
MOREHEAD, Ky. -- The 2012 Ohio Valley Conference volleyball tournament field is set. Morehead State finished the regular season at a perfect 16-0 and earned the top seed and the right the host the event, which will take place this Thursday through Saturday at Wetherby Gym.
The Eagles, who are hosting the event for the third straight year, will open against eighth-seeded UT Martin at 7 p.m. ET Thursday. Other teams qualifying include (in order of seeding): Southeast Missouri, Belmont, Austin Peay, Tennessee State, Eastern Illinois and Jacksonville State.
Ticket prices are $5 per day. Students will be admitted free with a valid ID from any league institution. The quarterfinals will take place all day Thursday with the semifinals set for Friday evening at 4:30 and 7 p.m. The championship match, with the winner earning the league's automatic berth to the NCAA Tournanent, is set for Saturday evening at 6 p.m.
