MOREHEAD, Ky.--Morehead State's Celebration of MSU Athletics annual golf outing, which was held Saturday at the university's Eagle Trace Golf Course, was an overwhelming success.
With 30 teams playing in the event, excellent sponsorship participation, and a break in the stormy weather during play, Eagle Athletics will benefit from the support of its community and friends.
New women's basketball coach Tom Hodges emceed the award ceremony, which was hosted by the Eagle athletics staff with assistance from the MSU Foundation and Alumni Association and the Morehead State cheerleaders. The team from Wal-Mart won the golf outing with a 22-under.
