MOREHEAD, Ky.--Morehead State men's basketball will host a day camp from June 21-24 in the MSU athletic facilities. The skills camp is open to boys and girls ages 5 to 18.

9 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Locations
Registration will be held in the lobby of the
Academic-Athletic Center on June 21.
Day camp will be held in Laughlin Health Building,
Wetherby Gymnasium, and Ellis T. Johnson Arena.

Cost
Day camp: $150 per camper ($100 deposit)
(Lunch included)

Participants

Boys: 5-18 years old
Girls: 5-18 years old
Participants will be grouped according to age and
ability. Beginners to advanced players are welcome.

Men's Basketball senior Ty Proffitt recorded a team-high 18 points on 5-of-6 from the field, 4-of-5 from three-point range and 4-of-4 from the free-throw line in Tuesday’s 75-69 victory over Norfolk State. 

He then registered a season-best 20 points on 6-of-10 from the floor, 4-of-7 from long range and 4-of-4 from the charity stripe in Saturday’s 56-50 win over Tennessee Tech. 

The guard, who hails from London, Ky., connected on 69 percent from the field (11-of-16) and 67 percent from downtown (8-of-12) in addition to making all eight free-throw attempts.  He also committed just four turnovers in 65 minutes last week.

Proffitt was also named Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Week for his performances this past week.

Women's Tennis
Junior women's tennis player Brooke Helms went undefeated in singles action over the weekend, as she tallied two individual match wins. 

Helms clinched the come-from-behind 4-3 victory over Big East power West Virginia, a 7-5, 2-6, 6-4 at number five singles.  Helms then was only one of two Eagle netters to score a win in a 5-2 loss at Duquesne , winning 6-3, 6-4 at number five.
