OVC Women's Golf Championship In Weather Suspension

DICKSON, Tenn. - Due to an approaching storm system, play at the 2010 Ohio Valley Conference women's golf championship has been suspended as of 10:50 EST Saturday morning.

The teams played 27 holes on Friday with the intention of playing the final nine today to finish the tournament. However, if all players are unable to complete the third round, the scores from 45 holes will be counted as the final tally.

Murray State currently holds the lead at plus-27, while Morehead State is in third place 12 strokes behind the Lady Racers. Jacksonville State was in second place, seven strokes ahead of MSU when play finished yesterday.

Updates on the tournament will be posted to www.msueaghles.com as they become available.
