Elizabeth Lyon Finishes Eighth at the NCAA Rifle Championships

MOREHEAD, Ky. - Morehead State sophomore rifle student-athlete Elizabeth Lyon finished in eighth place in smallbore three-position at the NCAA rifle champiosnhips in Ft. Worth, Texas.

Lyon fired a 579 in her relay and advanced to the final round. She finished with a 671.2 aggregate score and 92.2 points in the finals, good enough for eighth place among the more than 40 competitors.
